The Engineering Endowment Fund (EEF) is a student-funded body that deploys small to medium sized grants to empower engineering students to pursue meaningful co-curricular projects and experiences.
Applications for Winter Term 2025 funding from the EEF are now open. Applications close at 11:59 pm on February 11th!
Applicants will be required to submit this form prior to the deadline by emailing the PDF to unb.eef@gmail.com. Applicants will be required to pitch in person to the EEF advisory committee on why they deserve to receive funding. Pitch time and place are to be determined. The pitch will be time hard capped at 5 minutes of presentation and 4 minutes of question period. Questions email: “harmaan.sohal@unb.ca” or “samuel.woytiuk@unb.ca”

The EEF application process in 4 steps

Download the EEF Application Form from the link below and complete all sections.

Email your completed PDF application to the EEF contact emails before the deadline.

5-minute presentation to the EEF advisory committee, followed by 4 minutes of questions. Time and location to be announced.

Successful applicants are notified and receive their grant to pursue their project.
